Invoice & Payment Terms

\nDue Date: Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

\nLate Fees: Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% weekly, or a $10 minimum, whichever is greater.

\nNon-Payment: Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services and/or collections action.

\nLinen Ownership: All rental linens are the property of Nest & Neat and must be returned in good condition. Replacement fees apply for lost or damaged items.

General Service Disclaimers

\nLiability: Nest & Neat is not responsible for damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items left unsecured by the client.

\nChemical Safety: Nest & Neat is not liable for allergic reactions, discoloration, or damage caused by prior cleaning products or manufacturer defects.

\n
\nReporting Window: All concerns or service issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to notify within this window constitutes acceptance of the service.

\n
\n
\nInitial Deep Clean: All new short-term rental and recurring residential clients must start with a deep clean to set a foundation for quality. If declined, we are not responsible for lingering issues from prior conditions.

Cancellations & Access

\nNotice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service.
\n
\n
\nRescheduling Fees: A $20 to $60 rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
\n
\n
\nService Attempt Fee: If we arrive and are unable to begin work due to locked doors, guests/maintenance present, or utilities being shut off, we reserve the right to apply a Service Attempt Fee to cover lost time and travel
